Easiest way to see likely impact is to use REW’s room simulation which allows you to move your speakers and listening position around the room as well as locate a number of subwoofers anywhere on the floor.

No speaker can produce decent bass in an acoustically poor room. I have 100ASLTs also. In a 7mx5mx2.8m room without bass traps the null around 40-60 hz all but swallowed the bass. Adding chunk traps completely transformed that.
