I agree. I had the lowest end LFD at the time. I also have a friend who has the Croft Phono Integrated. He demoed the top end LFD and kept the Croft. I listened to it as well, and with speakers that I’m familiar with (I sold them to him). I also preferred the Croft. It’s just a preference thing...

I had both and actually prefer the IO to the Brio. It sounded more natural to me.

I had both amps at one time and although I preferred the Rega, I really liked the NAD as well. At the time my wife had the 325.

Great guys that built wonderful amps. I think the last one on offer was the Alabaster with phono stage. I just bought an Exposure…had that Alabaster still been available, I would have opted for that. I had an older Campion and Alabaster back in the day.
