Whatever happened to Basil?

I think Basil posts occasionally on the AVI forum under the user name Stephen.

I was under the impression he was rather unwell, though I hadn't heard he died. Very sad news if true.
 
I asked the question about 18months ago and I am sure someone said he had passed, could be wrong though.

Ok it is me, not dead, just happy with my hifi!
 
I'm doing ok, still completely obsessed about music, but the PC game bug has bitten again... Portal, GTAV, Just Cause2, Kerbal Space Program, and many others.

But music still comes first.
