The bigger ones are Global so I split my donations between both types, there are countries where a few quid goes a helluva long way. I pinged my local MP about the cut in aid budget but got the usual fob off. It’s a very imperfect/imbalanced world, certainly have conflicting feelings sitting here typing on an iPad in front of a fancy hifi while kids are starving, in war zones, no clean water, I have a lot of admiration for the folk who up sticks and volunteer abroad.
