Maison Sinnae, AOC Côtes du Rhône
The second on the list from the impressive Maison Sinnae. HVE Level 3 practices across the production, great fruit and citrus balance from a massive seven-varietal blend of Rhône white grapes, with Grenache Blanc leading the way with 58%. Yes. I also like the Errazuriz ‘Max’ wines, though it’s the Cab Sauvignon I’m familiar with, not a Carmenere. The Kleine Zaltze should also be decent.

Domaine de la Butte Mi-Pente 2018. I am desperately trying not to say anything about the Grand Old Duke of York.
This is the best Blot Bourgueil I have ever drunk - it still has a feint taste of blackcurrant flavoured cough linctus, but it is delicious. I have three 2018s left - it looks to me as though this wine needs at least 6 years in the bottle - there are some 2020s in the UK - should I or shouldn't I?

Just got a parcel with three Vieux Télégraphe CNdP Blanc 2018 - £50 a pop from Townend including delivery - the last of their stock.
Has anyone tried Jaboulet Mule Blanche - it's a white Croze Hermitage? I intended to pick up a half bottle from Hedonism today but I don't think I'll make it to Bond Street.

Jaboulet Croze Hermitage Blanc 2018, aka "Mule Blanche" - if I were given this in a bistro with some salami and cheese I'd not be unhappy. But somehow at home it's not special enough at the price point (about £25 a bottle) to buy more. No viongner, a grapefruity flavour which could be described as bitterness by less charitable people than yours truely. Industrial. Meh, as they say.
