I had a bit of a serendipitious find on Saturday in a local radiospares shop: a load of ZTX214 transistors, as used in many Naim products. What is more, these are bagged in pairs matched by Vbe. No matching ztx384s unfortunately, but I still did the decent thing and bought the lot - something like 100 pairs - for pennies.
