Zoom display Firefox/Ubuntu

I'm tinkering around with my new computer, the one that's going to become a music server in due course. It runs Ubuntu/Firefox and I find the display too small to read easily. On IE there's a zoom button and you can zoom in but I can't find it on this one. Anything I'm missing?

Does CTL and the mouse wheel do the job? For me it works by manipulating the font size and although not a zoom in or zoom out it sure does help. Am using Ubuntu 12.04 lts, Firefox 23.

In the drop down veiw menu bar along the top in Firefox,you can select zoom.

Ooh, I like the ctrl + wheel trick!
There's no menu along the top for me. I'll have a poke round, see if I can raise it.

ctr++ (control and plus) zooms in, ctr+- zooms out.
