Zero 7 - The Garden

I bought When it falls in a charity shop at 3 for a quid - about what it's worth IMO. It's basically Dido for people who find her music too edgy and confrontational. That said if you have a few pals round for a BBQ or a trip in the car and want something noodling away in the background it's OK.
 
I saw them in Leeds last year and having enjoyed some of their albums in the past I thought they were really dreadful.

They're not the same band anymore. Sophie Barker (who is the sister of an old friend) isn't in the band, hasn't been for a while IIRC.
 
Cut n paste muzak. Nothing wrong with first Z7 LP, and they play OK live. Bit of a tired formula really and not with too much longevity in my mind. Take note Air.

Concur with Fox. BBQ DFS fodder.
 
Air to me sounds how Daft Punk would sound with most of the Daft Punk bits removed
