Your 5G worries over

I saw this video it may have some useful info on how to stop 5G entering a room or at least block some of it.
I tried Bacofoil and Lakeland’s extra thick kitchen foil. The Lakeland certainly attenuated Vera Lynne coming from my fillings.

Weakening the mast signal pushes your phone to transmit at maximum power, it is the phone in your pocket that exposes you to most RF, not the mast.
 
Just you wait whilst the standards have yet to be agreed there is growing agreement that 6g will be ready for commercialisation around 2030.

None of your tinfoil helmets will protect against 6g
