World's most useful adaptor

Why does this exist? I suppose you could use it to plug a fancy audiophile fat IEC connector into units that have a cramped back panel, but the cheapo adaptor will surely eliminate any advantages of said fancy IEC?

Maybe it swaps line and neutral. Or worse.

Might be useful for large power cables with chunky plugs and use it as an extender if access on the back of the device is cramped

I'd describe it as an iec extender not an adaptor.
