Why can't I

I would drop an explanatory PM to Tony L (admin, aka the top banana).
The problem could be a bug, as Tony had to do a lot of quick work on the site to deflect scammers.
 
The difficulty I have with the minimum post limit is that more often than not a new person posting or starting a thread will not get a response, case in point I started a thread on another forum regarding a new valab dac when i last looked it had 180 views and not one single reply, same with another, you will come onto a thread and ask a question and the people will just carry on posting arround you, hence why i think some people start spurious threads to increase post counts, not all but some of them

You should buy some Naim gear to sell - all the kids are doing it. Maybe check out the For Sale room to see if anything is on offer.
 
So I could buy a few things that the PFMers find attractive, then sell those is it ?

Sounds like a plan there
