Just ordered a UK A1/B1 of Dio's Holy Diver.

Most of this "kind of" 80's heavy passed my by unnoticed but since listening to this I've realised the error of my ways.

Was this (kind of quality IMO) a one-off fluke or are there other similar types of albums of the era (doesn't have to be Dio) of this quality?

Dio's lyrics aside o), a cracking heavy rock album. From that era, I can heartily recommend Magnum's "On a storyteller's night". In a like vein, I have am waiting delivery of a used "Strangers in the night" live double by UFO from EIL,
I have also bought a new Bad Company's first on 180gm from an Amazon seller and had the most recent Rival Sons' album as a present. Some glorious music to shake up a grumpy neighbour and run in my new B&W 685 S2s!
