Trichord Genesis 3 was nice. Converted pioneer player I recall.

Resolution audio opus 21 - kept it for 15 years I think. Lovely.

Now a Rega Isis. Great s/h buy.

That I've a actually owned, Marantz CD75 original, Denon DCD1520 and my current Meridian 506.24 although that runs only as transport now.
A few others but not worthy of note here.
Favourite player that I never purchased would be a Restek Concret.

The Marantz CD10 was and I guess still is my favourite CD player, owned it for over 20 years now.

The Marantz CD10 was and I guess still is my favourite CD player, owned it for over 20 years now.

I had a CD10 that unfortunately “walked” during a move. It was replaced by a Marantz cd85 as a temporary measure and 20 odd years later was replace by Sony 338esd.
