I have four in ROON, Vinyl Rip 24/96 which is what I’m listening to. Also have SACD DSD64 rip, Red Book rip and 192/24 Qobuz.
Thought briefly about the One Step but £165 is a bit spendy....

I have it on vinyl but it’s not a great pressing, it has a lot of quiet passages which emphasises the surface noise. I may end up getting on CD.John Martyn - One World (Deluxe Edition CD)
I must revisit the original vinyl later. The CD sounds a bit light, and lacking in body. Doesn't have the warm, rounded bass end that I recall from years gone by.
According to Wikipedia, the album is included in the music reference book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. You all know what you now need to do.

I must to a comparison between the Deluxe and the 'IMCD' version.
I blow a bit hot & cold on JM, I still think Grace & Danger is his best album.

Mine is a lovely original Island pressing, bought the year of release, as I recall - decently heavy pressing and with a laminated sleeve. Don't recall any particular noise issues, but I haven't listened to it in years. Report back later.
