Solar Fields - Movements.

Terrific electronica - a little more upbeat/pacey than might be typical, but beautiful atmosphere - and a great system "exerciser."

Bill Frisell - Guitar in the Space Age. An affectionate reworking of songs that first made him want to pick up a guitar. ‘Rumble’ rumbles and screams, ‘Turn Turn Turn’ has jangling Byrdsy nods, ‘Telstar’ sounds oddly melancholy. Terrific recording, too.

The Goodies - The Cricklewood Tapes

Basically, Bill Oddie supported by Nucleus without Ian Carr.

3:45 onwards if you don't like Bill's singing.

One of the joys of working from home is being able to listen to some music whilst doing so, and my man-cave is well away from the Mrs, working elsewhere in the house. So the latest version of Roon updated last night and the new screen gave some interesting ideas based on recent activity.

So I have just spent nearly 2 hours of Mr Rick Wakeman live from Cuba (apparently an album released last month). Brilliant - and will definitely listen again.
