Website/email hosting

The bastard who handles my web stuff has gone awol, though his bots are still demanding payments from me for website hosting, domain name renewals, email hosting etc. Can someone suggest a reliable alternative? I need fast download speeds for my website, I'm only a small local service provider, so not huge amounts of data, site has about 10 simple pages. Would changing hosts affect my Google ranking?

Don’t have a web site with them, but Krystal have been brilliant with my emails and domains, with almost immediate customer support when I foul up.

At work I use https://wpengine.com, for my personal stuff I use https://workspace.google.com/. Both are excellent.
