Upgrading capacitors on a Dalesford 30/110 Round Sound system

Hi all
I am a newbie here and would appreciate some advice.
I assembled these speakers about 1978 from a kit I bought from Wilmslow Audio and they were from a design in Popular HiFi Magzine. They have a Dalesford 30/110 midrange unit and an Isophon KK10/8 tweeter.

I haven't done anything to them since the build, except listen to them ;).
I heard not too long ago that the capacitors can age and affect the top end frequencies by making them sound somewhat subdued. To be fair I don't think mine sound too bad but then again, maybe I've just grown accustomed to any potential sound degradation. Can anyone confirm or shed light on this, please?

If it's deemed advisable to replace the capacitors, could someone make some appropriate suggestions.
The ones in the crossover at the moment are all Elcap: 1 x 4mfd, 2 x 5mfd and 1 x 20mfd.
Is there a recommended manufacturer for audio capacitors?
Any advice appreciated.
