Interesting, never seen that particular model before, far bigger and more complex than the ones one usually sees. Looks like a nice restoration job.

Because there was a strand that said that a omni could never reproduce convincing stereo, image especially.

of course, one chooses what presentation one likes.

He said he's replaced the bass speakers (located on the bottom I think). At that price I'd like to get the old ones too in case.

He also says the first version had Alnico magnets, but no mention that these ones are the first version!
