tonearm stub

I recently bought a DJ turntable off Ebay. It's one of those Technics clones (Limit Dj2000).

It's missing part of the stub where the balance weight goes. The missing part is a sleeve with a white line on that slides over a smaller stub which is fixed to the back of the arm.

Anybody got any idea's where I can get the sleeve or a whole new stub?

Not familiar with the arm or set up but would it be possible to use some O rings between the existing stub and the counterweight?

Not really no, it's too short to hold the balance weight.
