Tidal with Rune Audio

Afternoon fellas!

I've been using Rune Audio with my Raspberry Pi very successfully for the past few months. I access my music on a hard drive and also use Spotify.

I'd now like to give Tidal ago, but not sure how to access it using Rune, can anyone give me some pointers.

Cheers,

Bill.

Bill, just sign up to to Tidal (trial, or whatever), then look in the Roon (sp. :) ) menus - 'tis obvious.

Rune is not Roon, same sound different software, no confusion there then.

Though one has a 'pay me loadsa money' button and the other is free (and prety good IMO) .

So may not be obvious.

Soz' Bill, I've been thinking about Roon today and just assumed you'd misspelt.

Did you get sorted? Not that I can help!

Just sorting it now. Have signed up for Tidal with 30 days free trial and downloaded BubbleUPnP on to my phone. All working, easy peasy!

For Tidal and RuneAudio, there is no integration between them. If you want to use Tidal music on RuneAudio, you could check the tool DRmare Tidal Music Converter to help you. This tool can convert Tidal music to local files and then you can add them to RuneAudio for playing.
