Are these Evox SMRs good for bypassing PSU caps? And they're non polar, yes?

The Evox SMR's are Noni-polar, you can use them for bypassing, I use some in my APX psu's but they are best if used for coupling signals, they sound great in my tweaked Alpha5+

In most cases the SMR's would be wasted, in my view, in a decoupling application, they're also big - a polyester dielectric would be smaller for the same value, and have better high frequency performance.

There are exceptions though.
