I did well. My wife displayed great taste and bought me:

and

So, I've got 24CDs to get through...

A genuine Beatles Box set from my wife after a disappointment with a dealer on eBay who tried to sell me a so-called 'Used' set which turned out to be a knockoff.

And the latest Nick Cave.

Not a bad Xmas.

Nothing from Santa so I bought me Caravan - "If I Could Do It All Over Again, I'd Do It All Over You" and "Uncle Meat" by The Mothers Of Invention. Both on vinyl to replace scratchy originals.

Seconded, Warm Digits before hand gave that room a nice dancy vibe-shame there weren't that many people dancing though- it was all a bit painfully hip.

Defunkt Dialekt - Clockworks [12”]

Islet - Released by the movement [LP]

Edwyn Collins – Understated [LP]

F**k Buttons - Slow Focus [LP]

I got nowt because we don't celebrate Christmas. I did procure the following whilst off work though. Most are still in the eagerly awaited category due to the seasonal post. Plus my phono stage has just gone wrong again.

Jethro Tull - Benefit (Steven Wilson 2013 vinyl, UK version). I have the 1980s CD so this was a bit of an indulgence.

Death and Vanilla - EP (Vinyl reissue - the first run was 100 copies in Sweden, so unsurprisingly I missed that first time around). Free d/l too. Lovely in a dreampop kind of way.

Anagnorisis - Beyond All Light (2LP preorder). Free d/l too. Absolutely ferocious.

Fyrnask - Eldir Nott (2LP). As above.

King Crimson - Road to Red box and USA 40th edition
Jethro Tull - Benefit remaster
Steely Dan - live DVDs
