You might also want to try PulseRadio.net -- a little heavier than Seattle, but also consistently good.

Ah, thanks for the proper link. Since I'm using xmms at work to
stream music (and it only seems to do ogg-vorbis) I'm in the search
for good ogg streams. I like the Seattle one a lot - nice mix and
no dj/ads. The local radio 1190 stream is also quite good.

you should be able to stream mp3 fine too using xmms - I do - you may have to configure your http proxy in the mp3 plugin if you haven't already.

Yeah, it's a little odd - I click on stream and it launches xmms, but nothing
plays.
