Sorry I should have added sizes, Height is 535mm excluding spikes. The top plate measures 215mm deep x 152mm wide

I have some Meridian M2s that I am slowly refurbishing and need to get some new stands for them.
Am I right in thinking these are a little too tall?
I have some original M2 stands but they are early ones and are quite shocking in their lack of rigidity!

Definitely, I’ve got the 610mm version and would never ever sell them, in fact my wife has put her foot down and completely ruled it out. Glad I listened to her.£110? That is a great price for these classic loudspeaker stands.
25kg each, it's not actually lead shot but crushed aggregate. If it were me I’d just store them somewhere.
