System pics 2014 part II

Isn't the Immedia RPM2 a tonearm? Is it a Spiral Groove turntable or is it something different? Another picture of the deck would be nice, it looks cool

The table is RPM2 while the arm is RPM-2. Pretty confusing eh? Yes, it is the predecessor of Spiral Groove and that's the reason why I bought it. One of the few American tables can do the PRaT thing very well and yet has amazing refinement and resolution.

I see I'm not the only one who uses a make up brush, most reassuring; nice record player there. :)
 
How does it "brush away static charge"? Without it being grounded isn't it more likely to impart static charge.

I use one after troweling on oils and forcing brush direction around sections before stippling or when this is too delicate

I am back to using the free one with my dl103 because I used my cleaning brush on a middle section that I did not have the right brush for. Brushes are expensive and very quickly mount up...
 
The old and the new; some new gear, some old dressed in new outfits and some new dressed in old :).
