Suhr Moderns with fancy tops can be had new for £3,500 here in the UK, but not with this particular spec'. I had to import mine from a retailer in the US to get the higher end spec' I wanted at the time (2019). The few like this one then available in the UK were retailing at between £4,500 and £5,000.

As stated in the OP, the guitar is absolutely mint.
