Strong jacket low profile TOSlink cable needed

I need a 10m. TOSlink cable to connect my TV to my hifi kit. Unfortunately, it needs to go under the living room door threshold, under the carpet and around three sides of the room. Therefore I need one that is either strong enough to withstand being stepped on or small enough to lay alongside the speaker cables and be protected by them.

Can anyone recommend such a thing or does it actually exist?

Does the door have a wooden threshold on the floor? If so, is there a possibility to lift this, and make a larger one with a channel on the base to feed the lead through?

Or notch the door frame.

Thanks for the recommendations. Unfortunately, notching the door frame isn't really possible. However I am investigating some mini trunking. That could work, but I have to be mindful of minimum bending radii though.

Plastic 1mm core TOSLINK can be bent quite sharply.
You have to be careful with the glass core exotica
