Yes! It doesn't have have the audiophile exclusivity of exotic brands - but I have been very impressed with the Yamaha AS-801 (I own one). Comes endowed with a very high quality DAC and includes SPDIF, optical and USB digital inputs.

Well under your budget though...

It’s a more updated version of their 1st version (that they sold along with TACT back in the day)

It’s basically a 2.2 poweramp DAC with USB DSD capabilities and Room Correction with filters if you wish to shape your sound (or you can leave neutral)

The RC certainly tightens up the bass, you can switch the RC on or off on the fly

you can hear a difference (tbh it still sounds decent off)
