Speaker cable termination

Hi there! Could someone please recommend to me a place or a person who could professionally fit good quality (but reasonably priced) 4mm banana plugs on to a 4x4m lengths of speaker cable? Ideally looking for a crimp type plugs to be fitted (Qed airlock etc.). Anyone in East/West Midlands?
