I don’t know this model, but it certainly looks cool/high-end! Sony made some great kit in this era.

If it's legit the seller has twelve decks for sale including four 401s!

I guess they're making it clear it's not a Japanese domestic model requiring a transformer.

The controls are a self-contained wired remote so easy to accommodate in a self-built plinth.

Yes, looks like that after-market plinth, if a rather cool one.
