Sme tonearms?

Yes, both the less expensive 12inch versions are excellent. You can't go wrong. The best value is the M2-12.Sounds excellent....these arms tend to be under-rated. They sqeeze just a touch less 'precision' than the bigger SME 300 and 5 series, but they sound sweeter too. Lovely things at a surprisingly fair price.
Which reminds me, I recently was given an original 3012r from 1967, which had been owned by an engineer at Garrard. Original box and papers etc'. Serviced by SME. I'm trying to build up a little collection. They are so beautiful, to my eyes anyway.
