another hive user here. we have 3 zones (underfloor, central heating, towel rails) plus hot water. it took 9 months and several engineers visits to get the hard wear right (the system only works properly with one dual zone controller and then single channel for each additional zones - which seemed to come as a big surprise to the install guys). only one smart trv valve at the moment which works fine. what they don't tell you is that unless you have several the zone valve still needs to be on. having got through all of that it is now working well and the app is easy to use.
