I have a small PA system which consists of the following.
1) PHONIC Powerpod 820 mixing desk. Built in !00 watts + 100 watts amps. 4 mic channels plus 2 stereo channels. 3 band eq. Built in digital effects. I bought this new about 15 years ago, has probably been used less than 10 hours.
2). Pair of Celestion KR2 speakers. These have 8" dual concentric speakers (8" bass driver with 2 x centrally mounted tweeters). They're fitted with mounting brackets so they can be fixed on a standard Mic stand. Excellent condition, I've had them since dinosaurs roamed the earth, only ever used for testing various bits of equipment.
3). Padded gigbag/holdall. Was made specifically for the speakers with room for accessoried in the middle...... The powerpod fits in perfectly. I doubt if it's ever been on a gig.
The whole thing weighs around 15kg so an easy one handed carry.
Will it do a heavy metal gig at Wembley Stadium? NO!!!. Will it do a winebar gig for a duo, 2 mics 2 guitars and a drum machine? EASY. Ideal for rehearsal room.
