Short Isolation spike

I am looking for a short (10mm ish) for an isolation platform

I have seen these

But does anyone have any other suggestions?

Is this for going between the isolation platform and shelf, or the isolation platform and equipment?

This going between a shelf and a platform.

I would prefer to isolate platform from shelf, and couple equipment to platform. But that depends a lot on the platform material.
