I have the Vena II (not play) and really like it. It’s doing desktop duty now, but I tried it with LS3/5as and a quad CDP2-99 cd player before that. I cant recall enough to use all the right audiophile words, but it was impressive. Gave me some pause about where diminishing returns set in though in fairness, it was pretty low volume so might not work in a big space.
