Roon essentials / roon woes again

Hi folk

Xmas and we are hosting. And the elac stops again.

Roon has decided that i am no longer linked to any library.

Tidal says im logged on.


Roon says my account is not linked

Aggggh!

Can you help please?

try a simple reset, unplug the device, wait 10 seconds then plug the device back in.

My Elac server has improved since upgrading my internet to fibre, I also use IP over mains connection which I suspect does not match the Elac Ethernet connection as well as a direct cable link to the internet router would.
