I'm saddened to hear this, RL Burnside was one of my favourites.
I loved his material with Jon Spencer, and he was a breath of fresh air in my collection.
I'm sure he will be sadly missed.
I guess he got his wish...

Farewell. The version of 'Rolling and Tumbling' from Mr Wized is a blinding bit of slashing, mechanised groove with wonderfully unintelligible vox. His slide guitaist, Kenny Brown (?), made some particulalty fine contributions.
