I never understood this. Other manufacturers have direct contact with customers. Rega no. This means headaches with the official distributors and technical services, a lot of time lost and also an added cost for the customer for the large commissions of these intermediary companies. In addition not being able to solve technical doubts directly with Rega. It is not good to pay 180€ for a simple and basic laser lens. I thing the technical services are not professional enough.Indeed: rega have neither email nor phone on their website!
In my particular case with a Saturn-R I had enough and I had to sell it for problems with the laser lens in addition to the continuous "freezing" lock of the software. If I had known this forum before, I might have been able to solve my problem directly with Rega. But direct contact was impossible and I had bad experience in my country with two official Rega services. I don’t want Rega anymore. I guess living in UK my opinion would change to have the service nearby
