Renovating 30 year old LP12...

So, I finally got off my butt and fitted new motor and the Analogue Innovation armboard onto my LP12, as well as resetting suspension and giving it a bit of a clean.

I separated from my wife a few months back, and my tools are still split between my and her place...which is my excuse why I drilled the armboard incorrectly and ended up having the drill oversize holes to get it to line up correctly...me stoopid. I'm currently using hard plastic washers for mounting it, will try swapping to metal washers in a few weeks - I'm not sure which would be better, and probably neither compared to having it mounted correctly in nice snug holes...

Motor was just bent wings, which I have now straightened. I still mounted the new motor though - I guess it deserves a treat after 38 years :)

Sounds great, a little more of everything, but no idea if that was motor, armboard or setup...or the tarty black AI cork plattamat I fitted at same time :) Pictures below.
