Rega RP9 will be shown at AudioT Vinyl Roadshow

just read the announcement on the Rega website for the Vinyl Roadshow hosted by AudioT:

The poster says there will be the new RP9 TT presented during that event!

That's way ahead of the expected release dates leaked out so far.
Presumably it'll mean a new arm too.

The way I heard it, there will be an RP8 introduced (possibly) in November but no mention of an RP9. But who knows ?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is not the rp9, that is a typo.

We were unsure as to whether we would be able to use the new rp8 so advised then to put p9 on the ads.

Seems like a gremlin typo has crept in unspotted.

Good news is that we hope to have the brand new unseen rp8 there.

Yes the RS10's will be making an appearance accompanied by the Isis, Osiris and Reference Ios phono stage.
