Rega Ela refurb

I have a pair of Rega Ela Mk1s, fully fluted baffle. Drive units are all fine but I need to tidy up the foam fittings in the port and some cabinet scapes. This will be my very first refurb project. Just wanted a bump start.How would I go about this and what products could I use please? Hope you can spare the time to give me some advice.Are there videos etc that could guide me?
