Rega Apheta 2 cartridge and exposure?

considering jumping to a rp8 apheta or rp10 apheta and had read the cartridge does not like to be loaded above 100 ohms and My exposure phono stages on MC tend to be quite higher 470 ohms. Worried this might be too hot and really don't want to have to purchase an aria or iOS.

Unless the apheta 2 is very different to the apheta, 50 or 100 ohms is ok, doesn't sound right to me at anything else.
