The news of another passing away is something we live with but this is one that saddens me, loved his playing from the moment I listened to early whitesnake before it ridiculed into hair and spandex.

A great guitarist but very much a sideman, he never got the fame he deserved.

Lee Anderton may be a bit marmite, but his interview with Bernie is a good way to spend three quarters of an hour.

I saw the classic Whitesnake line up live in the early 80's a couple of times. Bernie was a very accomplished rock/blues guitarist, RIP fella and thanks for the music.
