Question re Pye Sound Project amp model 6393

Just looking at one of these for a mate. On the back are two speaker outlets, one din and one bare wire with spring connectors. In between both are two phono sockets marked "MFB out" I have no idea what they are. There is no manual on Hi Fi Engine and google does not throw any light. Anyone have an idea ???

Philips used Motional Feedback as MFB, active speakers. In that case a pre out.

It's just a guess and circumstancial. Not much about them on the net. Philips used the name Sound Project at one stage IIRC.

I found this sentence in the mfbfreaks forum: "There are also Philips variants with different brand names like Erres, Aristona, Dux, Hornyphon, Siera, Radiola, Pye, Loewe." as an answer to suitable preamps for an MFB speaker.

They mean you now have a superb excuse to buy a pair of Philips 22RH545 loudspeakers!
