Mayware used to do an excellent solid one with no cable. I believe that Russ Andrews does it now or try Flashback Sales for cables good and reasonably priced.

Or try Quad. Their cables are inexpensive and work well. One has a resistor to attenuate signals from modern gear (eg CD) and costs a harrowing #25.
