Not yet... but as we now have a good idea of quantities, it's time to phone Neutron and ask... especially if it's possible to place the order in advance of payment!

Just checked with Neutron, the diodes are in stock for next day delivery. So within a week of receiving all the funds, the little parcels should start going out. Hopedfully that'd be mid-Feb.
