1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Puritan Audio Laboratories 1 UPS 0

    I wanted to share a great example of customer service. A few weeks back I bought a Puritan PSM136 from another PFM'er in the classifieds. UPS delivered the parcel.... well I say delivered more like dropped kicked it from a great height which happened to land on my doorstep!!

    The unit was damaged badly on both fascia front corners and the main board had come away from its fixings inside.

    Both the seller and I were horrified. I gave Mike at Puritan a call to see if I could get it repaired and realised I only live 10 mins from their base. Not only did they repair it they did it while I waited (in my car respecting social distancing) and free of any charge.

    Considering the unit was 2nd hand and out of warranty, I am bowled over by their customer service.

    Furthermore, the PSM136 is a great DC Blocker and in my system has brought other sonic benefits that I wasn't expecting.

    Well done and thank you Puritan Audio Laboratories.
