Placebo - Unplugged

The Brian Molko one, not the Belgian jazz outfit.

I happened on a review and although I am no fan of live recordings in general, but am of Placebo, I splashed-out. This is an amazing recording on vinyl. Recording as it should be done.

Cheers, big fan of Placebo but like Vinny not particularly of live albums, in fact the only recent like album I like and bought is Nationals Boxer.

I have it on CD. I'm not sure how the sound quality compares with the vinyl but it is an enjoyable album. Brian has a very distinctive voice -- you are never going to think it is anyone else.

One of the guest stars on this recording is Majke Voss Romme, a.k.a. Broken Twin. If you enjoy her song with Placebo, you might like her own stuff e.g.
