Does he maintain his own coat? If not, you're doing a very good job of keeping his fur looking lovely.

Our Siberian does nothing to look after his coat, so i'm forever combing out knots, removing leaves, slugs etc etc.

He gets a few knots every now and then, my wife cuts them out.
He tolerates the grooming for a while then starts to bite her. They have an understanding which I don’t understand…
