A tough day...

Our little pooch is strangely not big on walky-time, first time for us to have a dog that would not want to explode out of the front door at mention of "walkies" or a lead rattle. Thus far walks have been very short and unwilling.

Today was the first time he actually enjoyed it and went a bit bonkers, the walk also lasted longer and he was suitably pooped afterwards.

We've recently replaced our dog carrier car so took it for a spin today, using the Gourock to Dunoon ferry on the way (Ludo has been on a lot of ferries now!):

We then took him to the Benmore Botanic Gardens (which hosts Scotland's national tree collection, including loads of Giant Redwoods) and had a lovely walk there:
